Almost all our products are custom made to order in our factory, certain products may take longer to produce
than others.
If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us first and we'll do our best to work to it.
You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been completed and shipped.
Delivery usually occurs 9am-5pm during weekdays, contact us if you need a special arrangement.
Shipping prices are calculated in your shopping cart before checkout.
By placing an order, you authorise parcels to be left at your door, unless you specify "Signature Required" in the order comments.
Damage in transit is covered under warranty for all deliveries, theft or missing items are only covered if "Signature Required" has been specified in the order comments.
