Christmas and Closure Information

• We will be producing and shipping orders up until and including the 23rd of December 2024.
• Delivery by Christmas is not guaranteed but we will do our best.
• Our factory is closed from the 24th December 2024 and will reopen on the 6th of January 2025, all orders will be processed on our return.

• The overall lead times include both production and transit times.
• Excluded from the lead times are holiday closure periods and public holidays.
• The lead times above are an estimate only, no guarantees are provided.
• Almost all our products are custom made to order in our factory, certain products may take longer to produce than others.
• If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us first and we'll do our best to work to it.
• You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been completed and shipped.
• Delivery usually occurs 9am-5pm during weekdays, contact us if you need a special arrangement.
• Shipping prices are calculated in your shopping cart before checkout.
• By placing an order, you authorise parcels to be left at your door, unless you specify "Signature Required" in the order comments.
• Damage in transit is covered under warranty for all deliveries, theft or missing items are only covered if "Signature Required" has been specified in the order comments.
